Starting back in mid 2014 , when I came to Visas Simply, with a lot of apprehensions, as was not really sure of the success rate in getting PR visas. I met the girl called ‘Ritnika Sarkar’ initially, who happened to have impressed me with her exceptional marketing skills and quite honestly boosted a kind of confidence that getting a PR is not that difficult, and its worth taking a chance at least. Then i registered myself, keeping in consideration that its not the full fee in one go, and I have to pay accordingly with the varied steps of success ahead.
Then I was assigned a case manager called ‘Kinny Jaiswal’, who was quite efficient in understanding the insight of my case and documentation. With her confidence and past experience, I was quite relaxed in terms of my documentation and assessment , as in her case it used to go without saying, as she was handling it quite well. She however, has left your organisation some time back, and got me a lot worried, as I was not even aware of what and where developments were going on. Which led to a lot discrepancies with the management and me.
Then came a quintessential person in picture called ‘Shivangi Arora’, who I was really apprehensive about, initially that whether she will be as good as Kinny or not. But to my surprise she came out to be amazingly outstanding and a Do-er rather than a talker. The finesse with which she handled the case was second to none. The best quality she got is her ability to break the ice with her soft and friendly demeanor in all adverse situations. She converted discrepancies to destinations. And proudly, it was a pleasure getting her work support all through.
To sum, it was great dealing with you guys at Visas-Simply. And a big Thank-you for getting it possible.

For Shivangi, I must say that she has managed to exceed my expectations several times during this whole journey. I remember there were periods where we had to wait for several months or the time when I relocated and I was scared that I might be ignored or neglected considering the time difference. But despite her regular workload, she had kept the communications ongoing and it was pleasant to see her mails in my inbox encouraging me to talk about any concerns that I may have with the whole process and keeping me posted with the next steps.
Today, when I look back, I can certainly say that this decision was not an easy one, and not a couple of months game .. you are bound to expect the unexpected but the journey and the experience was wonderful and the credit goes to Shivangi Arora and the team as you folks have made the things simpler for us– so apt to say Visas Simply š

I would like to share my experience with VisasSimply, a MARA approved immigration consultant based out of Nehru Place, New Delhi. It was about a year back when we (myself, my husband and kid) decided to apply for PR to Australia. My husband works in Merchant Navy and has done his marine certifications from Australia itself so we were quite positive that things would work out for us. Yet due to our busy schedules and heaps of information available on official sites and blogs it seemed a bit confusing and time consuming to do all the process ourselves, so we decided to go for professional services.
We searched for various agents and agencies online, offline, through friends and people with previous experience and found that some of the big names (which I wont put here) were not offering satisfactory services but we finally zeroed at VisasSimply at the end.
Finally we decided to stick to VisasSimply and lodged an application. Ms Shivangi was our relationship manager and handled our case. She was extremely helpful, soft spoken and listened to our queries and questions with patience and tried to answer all of them.
This gave us quite a lot of hope but at one point of time it seemed it was not worth the while as we were informed of lodging an online application and the servers went down because of immense traffic on the Australian server. So the immigration for that part of Australia got closed. We knew that it was not the fault of VisasSimply but just hard luck. Shivangi assured us that they would keep track of our case regularly and if any new openings are there they would immediately inform us which they duly did in couple of months and we filed the application for another region of Australia (Sydney).
Finally all the effort paid off and we got confirmation of our application approval within about 3 months from the date of application which is one of the greatest things that has happened to us ever. We would like to sincerely thank the entire VisasSimply team and specifically Ms Shivangi Arora for all their efforts and would recommend her strongly to any friends and relatives who would like to follow the immigration process to Australia.
I must also add during the time of searching for agencies, we did come across some negative reviews of VisasSimply but am pretty sure that they must be very less percentage as firstly it is not possible to please everyone and secondly many times people put the blame of their own shortcomings or failures to the immigration agent. Just remember these people can only help to expedite the process in case all your documents are in order and will guide you properly. If you do not qualify and want that somehow these people will get you through like other dubious agents who promise the sky, this is certainly not the place to be. VisasSimply is one of the most genuine agencies. Trust them and they will help you through the entire process.

About an year and half ago when we dreamt of settling to Australia, we were bit skeptical to appoint an agent or rather do it by ourselves.
